Refunds, Returns & Terms and Conditions

1. Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed on the same business day where possible. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time within South Africa:
2–3 business days, depending on location and courier service.


2. Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be returned within a reasonable period after delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to their nature (for example, products that have been used, opened, or altered). These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


5. General Terms

  • All product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
